Audit Arrangements

Under Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, all limited companies have to arrange audit annually following the Hong Kong accounting standards. The purposes of audit are to report the financial status to all shareholders for that year, to file profits tax return to the Inland Revenue Department and to apply financing from the banks.

We will assign experienced auditors to arrange audits for the clients (Especially SMEs), and we will ensure the audit can be completed smoothly and efficiently.

We will also provide profits tax return filing and corresponding tax planning and advices to the clients after the audit.
